Exactly. I really do wonder about the average age and IQ of people on here. It used to be that a lot of people with a lot of knowledge about the sport were lurking around. Ask a question in your mind, use your hands to do a search, then use your eyes to see what you find. Johnny gray also ran extremely fast 800 times into his later 30s when he retired. He was a true beast (1:45 at 39 is just awesome). Another great runner who ran well into his early 30s was Yuriy B. He was just so talented early on (19 yo 1:44 and then 1:45 at 32). If he wasn't injured later in his career he could still be running fast. No, Symmonds is not on drugs.

Also Coe ran 1:43.38 at 32 years 10 months.
