I missed my spring track season due to a hip injury. I have been running track for 3 years now. I had a great winter track season considering it was my first year running indoor. Having personal bests in the 400m with 51.9 and long jumping 22'7 1/2. I'm going into my junior year and I've been doing the Couch to 5k challenge (has walking/jogging intervals) in hope to build endurance. Will that help? Or should I do something different? I want to run 50-49 by next season. Please reply. Thanks!
