Okay so a few days ago I hurt my leg riding a longboard. I fell and landed straight on my right leg. I have a bruise there and it's a little swollen. This happened the day of a dual meet. I ran the meet later with my leg hurt. Friday I ran only 2 miles cause how bad the pain was. Saturday I didn't run at all even though I had an invite to go to. Today, I was wondering if I should run on it or take one more day off. It still hurts a little. The problem is, I had a meet tbhis upcoming weekend that was pretty important. I wanted to run the 3200m in 9:45. My most important race that I want to peak for is on May 20th. Should I take one more day off(today) or will it affect me too much for this next meet on Saturday? I just want to be fully recovered as fast as possible. Also, is there anything I can do to speed up the healing process? It's on my upper right leg thigh, and it's bruised and swollen but has gone down a little since Thursday. Thanks
