So, this season I'm a sophomore in highschool and ran 11.51 on FAT and 23.34 on FAT on the 100 & 200. I have just done some running workouts basically, but nothing too much. Next season I want to run a 21.9 on the 200 & a 10.7 on the 100. Is it possible? I ran these times with no weight training & minimal running so far. I'm running aau this summer & have a coach. Do you think these are realistic goals for next high school season? Essentially a year from now? If not, what do you think is?
