Hey guys. Im a collegiate runner and about 3 months ago I ran 8 miles in worn shoes after taking 3.5 weeks off running. Towards the last mile of the run and the next few days after my foot was in TERRIBLE pain on the top of the foot. Eventually it was specific to the big toe every time there was pressure put on top of it. It almost felt detached and loose. I got another injury that forced me to take a lot of time off so I haven't been running anyway. However, after walking a lot the other day, it's come back. It's ONLY in my big toe, like almost around the joint area, it feels like it needs to be cracked? It feels tingly and kind of burning? Not necessarily painful (yet). And it only hurts when there is pressure on it. Im not sure
