18, male, sr in HS. 53 (jr yr), 2:03 (jr yr), 4:47 (sr yr, indoors), 17:36 (sr yr) PRs. I can throw down 2:20-22 800, 1:20 500, 52 350, and 24 175 with a 1 minute jog in between sets twice with 5 minutes of rest in between both on indoor 175 meter track. Also ran 1:13 500, 45 350, and 20 175 with 3 min in between runs after running 26:30 for 4 miles around town today. What do you guys think my times could be this outdoor season? I just ran my 4:47 last Tuesday and felt great. Hoping 51.xx, 1:58, 4:35 outdoor? Is it possible? Thanks guys.
