I'm a senior this year and have run 10:10 in the 2 mile. I know that isn't that fast, but what can I reasonably expect to run in the 3k and 5k in college if I have good coaching? Thanks.

Sub 15 by senior year. 14:50s, maybe faster depending on how your training progresses. Other BIG FACTORS:
getting a FULL nights sleep
Proper nutrition
Relentless training
PURE HATE

No need to worry about what you can expect to run, just pick an event and then go run it.
