If I sprint the whole thing, is the first half or the second half more likely to be faster? Trying to find an estimate on my time this season after running 11.12 on a 100.

first half, easy. Don't think about it, just run. It's a really short difference

Yes.

Generally, 200 times are roughly double 100 times. If you were to run 22.4, your splits might be something like 11.5/10.9.
First 40 flat out
Float the bend on the inside of the lane
With 90 to go hit the gas, moving to the middle of the lane
When you reach top speed maintain

A great 200 runner does the second half faster since its with a running start. MJ 10.12/9.20 for example. Others do a more slight negative. More pure 100 guys sometimes slower second half.

Anyone who runs a slower second 100 in a 200 meter race has run way too quickly for the first 50-100 and/or is seriously under-conditioned--unless they are running the race in 50 seconds or so! The flying start reduces the time of the 2nd 100 by about a second for elite sprinters.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
