7 x 1k in 3:04 average with 2 min recovery. Predict my 5k time?
I did kind of the same workout this week, rest was a little shorter, pb is 15:35 if I recall correctly.

Interesting. Usually I'd want to be hitting 5-6 1000s at 5k pace off of 1:30 rest in heavy weeks or 1:00 rest when tapering and nearing a race.
So your rest feels a bit long to predict 3:04 as your race pace. Going a bit more overdistance with 7x1k switches up that variable, clearly.
Still, I'd say 15:30-15:40 if this was a hard workout for you. (What were the times per 1000? Dead even? Erratic? Progressing? Slowing down? )
