By clean I mean no legal supplements and of course no doping. For these events:
Mile
2 Mile
5K
10K
I say this:
Mile: 3:48
2 Mile: 8:05
5K: 12:50
10: 26:38
What say you?

I think you might want to rephrase your question: "no legal supplements and of course no doping".
Mile 3:48
2 mile 8:09
5K 12:52
10K 26:50

Why? What doesn't make sense to you?
"No legal supplements" is actually pretty ambiguous. Assuming he meant "no illegal supplements", there are already regulations on how much you can legally take. The word "supplements" is also ambiguous - does he mean pills? What if you have an iron deficiency? Etc.
I assume he means no pills or health food products. Basically anything sold at gnc would be off limits.

Any legal supplements that would give you a boost in competition. If someone has an Iron Deficiency then of course they could take those supplements needed.
mile: 4'11
2 mile: 8'42
5k: 14'21
10k: 29'57
those also happen to be my PRs for the distances

oh yeah? Cool story bro.
5k 13:01
10k 27:00
Marathon ... depends on the course - 2:07ish.
Stfu Hingle, we all know that you couldn't make varsity on your mediocre high school team.
Even though I couldn't care less if a WR holder doped, here goes:
Mile: Steve Cram - 3:46
2 mile: Haile G - 8:01
5K: Haile G - 12:39
10000m: Haile G - 26:22

What would they be if all were allowed to totally juice to the gills, no testing.
What say you?

Reasonably Accurate imo
The Mile is 3-46,cram was clean
The 3-43 is doped

And that person would perform better in competition, no? This makes no sense. You'd be better off specifying what people are allowed to do. Like "what are the world records on the paleo diet"?
spikes-no spikes?
cinder-allweather?
paces-unpaced?
adidas-puma?
