So I see a ton of threads talking about peak performance age and all that but I am a bit more curious as to what age you hit your PRs compared to when you started training. For the purpose of this thread, list your PRs (mile-marathon if you have them) and put the age that you ran those PRs. Also, lets define "training" as when you started running with the focus of getting faster and/or more then say 30 miles per week (so if you were running 20 on middle school track then thats training or if you were running 30 but strictly for weightloss or something that is also training).
I would start but I am 22 and continue to PR as I started "training" 2 years ago.
