I have a tiny stomach capacity and don't like fatty foods (and can't drink more than one beer a day at best). Plus, I am substantially more productive when hungry (there is science backing up this phenomenon generally, as the hunger encourages us to "hunt").
I still want to regularly run my 55 mpw or so without breaking down. It's proving to be challenge for two years going now. One thing I thought of is really forcing myself to eat after a long run (where the calorie expenditure could get as high as 1500 calories in my case), but otherwise live my life without stuffing myself.
What to do? What do you do? How is your body taking it?
