I never really use anything, but lately I have been getting tired/fatigued/dizzy after 7 miles. Does anything work well? Gatorade gummies? Something?

LSD
Liver, lots of liver.

I use Cliff Shot Bloks occasionally. They are all natural and taste pretty good--and are offered with or without caffeine. If I take one, though, it is usually just before a run. I am not sure how chewing one would go during a run. I believe the serving size is three blocks.
Shouldn't you be training on how to improve your endurance instead of looking for artificial ways to avoid the hard work it takes to be the fittest you can be?
Better hope it's your diet and not a serious ailment.Have you been to the doctor? A friend had the same thing....dizzy for awhile after runs longer than 6 miles....ended up dropping dead at work.Have a nice day.

LOL jesus man...way to scare a guy. Actually, I don't get dizzy too much. Usually it's when I drink coffee in the morning and then go for a run. I'm assuming I am dehydrated.
The run went pretty well. I only ran 10...but felt pretty good. Sometimes I just get hit with low energy and was trying to think of a way to help this.
Anyone take half a caffeine pill on a run or anything like that?
...Tarts...
...washed down with some Gatorade before.
ERMAGAWD YOU SHOULD USE UCAN!!!
I like the cliff shot blocks. I usually take a couple before my long run and the a couple probably 45 min-hr into the run and a couple again around maybe mile 15. When I take them, I do so a couple minutes before I know I'm going to get to use a water fountain. Otherwise, without water they can be really dry and sticky.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
