Some advice needed please on losing weight while maintaining energy levels to train hard.
When at my fastest I weighed 60kg but after injury and not looking after myself went up to 66kg. I am back injury free and running 70/80 miles a week past 12 weeks but weight is coming off very slowly! I try eating less but especially on double days I end up with low blood sugar and struggle to complete the 2nd session.
Has anyone got advice on what to eat, when and how much in order to lose weight but keep blood sugar levels high? Need a slight calorie deficit to lose the weight but not get the hunger knock.
Has anyone else experienced the same problem?
