Your 3200 is WAY better than your 1600. Are you sure that is your actual PR? You have probably split 4:52 in a 3200 race yet you are only 10 secs faster in a 1600?!?!
Assuming you really only could run 4:42 1600 during track season, I think you're in for a shock. If you haven't done 1500 specific training don't be surprised if you only run 4:25-30 for the 1500 in the trial.
