If I had written my recap after Wednesday, I would have talked about how up and down my week was. Monday I had a terrible migraine (my first one ever, no idea what brought it on) and couldn’t even think about running. Tuesday I felt great and nailed the workout. Wednesday I had zero energy and was working WAY too hard running a slow pace so I bagged the run early and went to bed.
And then the switch flipped. Friday was magical. Today was even more magical. I am waiting to hit that point in the cycle where the density of training starts to weigh on me, but it just hasn’t come yet and I don’t know whether to be ultra-confident or ultra-afraid. Two more big weeks of training before I start slightly cutting back. It’s getting real now!
Hope everybody else had a great week.
