If this problem doesn't improve I will run on it anyway, but I wan't to be able to run my best race in my final cross country race this saturday.
The nature of my "injury" is right at the top of the IT band/hip area, and hurts to do this specific stretch.
Overall, the hip has been nagging me on easy runs, hasn't been too noticeable during walking, and isn't unmanageable in workouts. Have had this pain since after the race I ran last Wednesday, so roughly 5 days. Anyone have tips? Iceing seems more effective than heating since I have tried both
