I'm really curious about this, since I read articles and seen pictures...
I saw a video of people running and jumping after leg lengthening surgery, and I'm wondering...
Would leg lengthening surgery actually make you run faster since you'll have longer legs therefore longer stride? Would it be an unfair advantage?
I know you wouldn't be able to run for a year, but if you started back and built a base would you be faster since your legs are longer? I'm not going to get the surgery but I want to see what Letsrun thinks about this since I seen no threads on this.
