The left side of my body seems to be tighter than the right. In other words, when I stretch my left hamstring, quad, calf, etc. I don't have as much flexibility on my left side as I do on my right. I've been having some various injury problems lately, kind of one thing after another, and I wonder if this could be the cause. If so, what could be the root issue and any recommendations on what I can do to fix it in addition to maybe stretching the tighter side more than the other? Oddly enough, I also have an uneven wear pattern on my shoes. The right shoe (the more flexible side) shows a lot more wear in the forefoot than the left. I'm thinking that's probably related.
