I've always trained six days a week and gave a day for rest and recovery. I was talking to a friend who trains 7 days a week all season. On his seventh day he does like an easy day of like 40 min untimed and unpaced. My question is: Is that good. I think that doing like 20 min might be okay if its super easy, and that it can help you get in better shape, or is it? I really want some feed back on it .
