Dear Letsrun,
A dear friend quit running recently because he "doesn't have time" on the side of his summer landscaping job and lifting. However, I've analyzed his schedule and found he actually does; heck, he's benching instead of running! I'm very concerned - he's not quite a hobby jogger as he most notably doesn't wear huge headphones on his runs, and I fear he will get too big if he keeps up with this schedule. What's the best way for me to publicly shame him back into running?
