Last year I was a frosh and ran 19:00 on a 3.05 mile course (I had no idea what I was doing). This spring I ran an 11:12 3200m. How much can I improve my time for the end of october? Ill be running 40 mpw with the occasional hill/track workout over the summer and fall. Thanks in advance
