Am I going to die if I do this plan this week? Suggested adjustments welcome.
Training Plan
T: AM12x200s in ? +25sec with 200m jogs. PM 25 min at 10min pace; 1 hr strength training
W: AM 3x20min at 10min pace; PM 3m at 10min
TH: AM 5 miles at 9:50 pace; PM 2.5miles at 10min pace and 20min underwater tread
F: AM 6 1600s in ?+4:25 with 400m jogs and the last one the fastest. PM 2.5m at 9 min pace and 1hr strength training.
S: 2.5m at 9min pace; 20min underwater tread
SU: 2x30min at 9:45pace and 1x20min at 10min pace
