Are you Americans so arrogant?
Haha, just joking. Bart van Nunen ran 29.04 last week. Is this really extraordinary or does this happen all the time in the US? In our country he is more than 1 minute faster than the other 18 year olds...

I used to post as Hardloper. But now I'm running sub-elite 10k.
This is very quick, relative to the states, where the high school record is Rudy Chapa's 28:32, going way back to the 1970s. Rupp, having run 13:37 might have broken that and did run a junior record at 19 of maybe 28:18?. But it is very rare for male high schoolers to compete at that distance on the track. The American collegian record is in the 27:20s or 27:30s.
Same guy/boy also ran 45.30 for 15K and 1:06.00 for the half marathon with a pit stop in the last few miles. I am expecting him to be in 28:45 shape or better at the end of the season. Really impressive!
a bit full of yourself, aren't you?

bull-f&cking sh*t.
Haha I wish it was me. Also, it's the middle of the night in the Netherlands and I bet a 18 year old who runs 29.04 for a 10000m is fast asleep this late.
Did he run it in the Netherlands? That's like cheating since it's the opposite of altitude.
I think he ran his race in Portugal
probably noone is talking about b/c it is almost definite that he is on EPO, Amicar and/or testosterone.
We europeans know our own gene pool. we don't have natural running talent that doesnt' require 'help'

Not in a country where 18 is drinking age and drugs are legal too.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
