From what I hear Pacific runs like a For Profit school and dont care what your performance is like as a coach or the quality of athlete you bring in or have. As long as your bring in large numbers of athletes at 50K+ a pop you can keep a job here.
You are wrong. He quit. Zero support from administration. Someone can only do that for so long when their AD doesn't give a sh!t.
Many people out there say that it is Harden from FSU. I beg to differ. Harden doesnt have the nuts to leave the shelter and comfort of Braman.Even though he could stand to make a quarter of a million dollars. He is afraid poopless!!!.I feel bad for his family that he would let such a great potential opportunity pass by. There is a coach waiting in the shadows to take over the Vols that is going shock many, but make many rejoice. Ken should stay at FSU,its hard for Africans to adjust to change. No harm meant, just stating a fact.
Beware of the Ides of Bethea!!! he coming home. Time for
The Ohio State to look for a new head coach. Indiana is
getting ready to rule the Big Ten!!! cant stop the enevitable.
Good to know, sounds along the lines of what I heard. Minus the quit vs let go. But yeah what I heard originated with the AD and administration at Pacific just wanting numbers (money) over quality, whatever the case if that's the schools driving force I see a lot of headaches for the next coach as well.
Can you specify the position each of these schools are looking for?

ALL LIES, NO plan, did you see how many points his group scored at the MAC champs and how many the Head(distance) coach's group scored. HMMMM
I've said it before it time for EMU to retire the woman's head coach, she just doesn't have the fire anymore. Men's team is running all over the MAC, grant it they only have 5 teams to compete against, but the woman's team can't keep coaches their that is a problem if you ask me.

Maybe Ball State wants Parks back? Talk about a terrible program and a coach who "doesn't have the fire" that would be good ole Randy.
My mistake. I was thinking University of the Pacific. Not some random D3.
Thanks for being a tool though! Keep it classy.
Notre dame head coach is now posted. Pfeiffer university (d2) has a couple of assistant postings.
Notre dame is hiring from within correct? All assistants are being retained?
I rarely get on these message boards but thanks for the concern about the Eastern Michigan women's program. Although we did not win a conference championship this school year, we had solid finishes in cross country, indoors, and outdoors and we have three outstanding qualifiers competing in the upcoming NCAA Championship in Eugene. Our program did very well this year, is in great shape for the future, and I am not retiring or going anywhere anytime soon. Staff changes happen at all programs at times and I am always pleased when my assistants who move on to other positions. Our men's program had an amazing year and I am very happy for them! All is well with the EMU Eagles!!
P.S. - sorry for the slight typo in the last post. :-) GO EAGLES!!
Which Olympic Trials did Lamont Johnson qualify for?

Sue Parks has had an incredible run of assistants who have gone on to jobs in the ACC, SEC, Big Ten, Pac 12. She's doing a very good job of hiring the right people who are good enough to go on.
Anyone hear anything on northern arizona job?
Braman won't let Harmden go to Tennessee right before he retires. He's pretty much the head coach at FSU now. Lonnie Greene will replace JJ. Harnden will be head at FSU in a year or 2.
Why would Tennessee hire a sprints or mid distance HC coach again?!? Webb model is the one that won them the most championships...just stating a fact.

Greene just took over Purdue recently. Why would he leave already?

Tennessee has National Championship potential that's why.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
