Hi, my personal best for 1.5 mile is a measly 9 min flat but with sufficient competition, I could probably go sub 9 min. However, my long-term goal is to run a sub 8 min 1.5 mile. Other than the basic principles of increasing mileage and running 1 -2 solid workout per week, can anyone give me more specific workout examples? I have time on my side. This is a long term target.
