She'll probably get caught now like a lot of Africans who switch to European nations. They're not used to actually being tested.

Aregawi has been living and training in Sweden for several years. She is married to a swedish citizen.

Doesn't matter. Until she actually ran for Sweden, she wouldn't be subject to Swedish anti-doping protocol.

Up until now, she would be subject to Ethiopian protocol which consists of the IAAF turning up once in a blue moon and doing their best not to catch anyone.
