please lets not encourage retaliation from the victims of cowardly u.s. militant war crimes by publicizing their puny stunt activities and public relations gimmicks.
I am not trying to be mean, but I swear that I read an article a few years ago about this guy dying of a heart attack. Obviously I dreamed this...
I thought the same thing...that he was dead. Strange. What about the guy from the other thread, he should show up and break the record before Goggins!
It's pretty stupid how you can get in the news for ATTEMPTING a world record. Anyone can attempt a world record.
And I don't care if someone's a navy seal. What am I supposed to do, salute? Thank him for his service and wave a flag? Praise the US military's imaginary high fitness standards? Kiss special forces ass and call them tough guys? No way.

oh please cut the crap, are you saying this just because the guy is black? would you say the same thing if it were a white navy seal doing it?
So the record is 4,000 in 24 hrs? Is that 3 per minute?
Here is a good interview, he mentions his weekly run, swim, and bike totals.

At first I was like, LOL. Then I realized that would probably get really hard. Have you ever done an hour of power? Seems so easy until you actually try it.
soldiering stunts are not athletics
A little less acutally... About 166 an hour. Seems a lot harder now.

The last I heard, he was at 2566.

Dave has a lot of discipline. Before he got into running he was a 230lbs muscle head. Even at a light 180lbs he would wreck a punk like you... He isn't looking for your admiration. He is raising $$$ for the widows and children of fallen warriors.
Your transparent jealousy aside, get back to washing those dishes you fvck DBAG!
You can thank me when the arabs don't invade your town.
