I sometimes run my intervals in different lanes, especially if there are a lot of hobby joggers in lane one or if I want to run clockwise. So my question is, how exactly long is each lane so I can do more accurate intervals?

That depends on the width of each lane. Easiest way to figure is to measure the distance from the finish line to the 400 start in each lane and add that to 400.
Measure the stagger from the finish line to the 400m mark in lane 2. We'll term that distance "d"
The distance for a lap in lane X is then:
400 + d(X-1)
