First, if there are 13 y/o's on here we all need to clean up our language.
Second, if you aren't paid to run, it is a hobby. Jogging and running are generally defined by speed. According to dictionary.com, jogging is to run at a leisurely pace while running is movement where both feet leave at times are off the ground at the same time. So all jogging is running but not all running is jogging.
This whole idea about hobbyjoggers not running races is just ridiculous. Its just a way for you silly insecure people to feel better about what you do while denigeating others who you feel aren't on your level. Seriously, the way hobbyjogger is used on this board has the same feel as the N word. It is clear that if someone is pushing themselves and it is not leisurely it isn't jogging no matter how fast it is.
