Redwood Hikes makes what look like pretty nice maps, although I don't own any (yet) so can't directly vouch for their quality. Still, I think they're your best bet with high resolution topography (1:25,000 scale is typically the finest scale of topo maps) and trail mileages, spanning many of the different parks / open spaces / etc.
The Half Moon Bay to Cupertino map looks to cover the area you're interested in, although they also have one for Saratoga to Big Basin covering the areas further south. Only $6 too, pretty good price for a good map (not uncommon for similar maps to run $10-15).

Only downside is it says it's on some type of coated paper, which is probably still decent, but most good maps these days are on plastic paper (Tom Harrison maps are my favorite for places like the Sierra, and he even makes some for the Marin parks, but alas none in the Santa Cruz Mountains).
