You are joking right?
3:37 is pretty decent for a 5K guy.

Good one.
Nice. Webb also ran 3:37 earlier this year. Don't know where he is now or what he's doing. 3:37 is still encouraging though, especially a win by .06 seconds.
Evan Jager got 4th in the same race in 3:39.17. Season pr?

not for a 3:48.98 miler
Its a b meet , he cannot get a lane in the bigger meets.

Exactly, Centro will break 3:30 this year or next.
Bank on it.

The previous week he ran 3:38.12 in Nancy when moved through from 9th to 3rd in last 200. He's coming along nicely. From a friend-of-a-friend I hear he's running both Birmingham & Monaco 5000s......not expecting a top placing but some good running and improvement.......and to be back towards his better form (sub-13 mins) by Daegu. He seems to be on a smart program.....

Well it's only 3 secs slower than his pr and he didn't do too bad off that
right, he'll be ready for Deagu!

Not really. He went through in much faster en route to 3:48.
sub 4 is decent for a 5k guy if you're talking about splits
in fairness its like a 3:54.9 mile converted... not exactly "just sub four".

Fair point, he only ran that time once though. His 3:37 is still good and shows he is doing well on the comeback trail
