I dont know but Im running about 70 mpw and Im 5'6" and 148 lbs. I have not been able to lose the 10 pounds I want, which means I must be eating way too much.

I'm 5'6" and weigh 135. I run between 90-100 miles a week. I consume around 3000 calories when running around this range.

I just inhaled a hershey bar (260 calories) and a bag of cheetos (320 calories). Had 2 fried eggs, 2 pieces of buttered toast, banana and yogurt for breakfast and a bowl of chicken rice soup, buttered roll, apple and a salad for lunch. Will likely eat tofu stir fry and brown rice for dinner tonight. I may make homemade short bread, strawberries/blueberries and fresh whipped cream for dessert.
How many calories do you think that equals for today? I personally don't have a clue.

could stand to lose 5lbs easy, but find it hard to do with that much volume and not a lot of fat to lose.

5'10 145. Run 25 mi, bike 140 mi, swim 10k a week, give or take 10%.
Probably around 3500-4000 a day. Om nom nom nom nom.

Female, 21, 5'4" and 114. Around 45-50 mpw. Sometimes I easily eat around 2000 calories, but usually a lot less, like <1200.
Sometimes this is intentional (I don't have an eating disorder, but I would say that I deal with disordered eating. But in phases - sometimes I feel completely normal about food and my body). But sometimes, even when I'm just eating what my appetite tells me, it's not that much.
I'm not overly fast so sometimes I wonder if I ate a better diet how good I would get, but it's hard to get to that point and not feel uneasy about gaining weight. I was seeing a nutritionist for a little while early last year and that helped a bit, but fell back into bad habits around the summer and they haven't really gone away.

In college I took a nutrition class and we had to keep track of how much we ate. I was a male (still am!), about 5'10" 150 and was hitting about 100/week, and I remember I averaged about 4000 calories/day.
