First, you want to "lose" 10 lbs, not "loose" 10 lbs.
Don't have too firm of a goal in terms of weight loss, and simply try to eat fewer calories while running the same amount or more.
since tits are the first to go, i'm going to give this idea a whole hearted thumbs down.
I recommend the grapefruit diet.
Eat nothing but grapefruit and drink nothing but black coffee for the next six to eight weeks. An exception should be allowed as many as one meal per week. I've seen amazing results from this.
