Okay, earlier this week I was knocking in some steady 9-10 milers each day, usually in the morning before breakfast, though thats when I always run.
Tragically I developed a sore hip after one of these runs. I took 2 days out without any running, and then came back again a few days ago.
It is with great saddness, however, that I seem to have COMPLETLY lost my fitness during these two days. While my hip isn't very sore, I now cant breathe comfortably on my runs, and I get tired very easily.
I don't know how to explain how this has happened in the space of 2 days, but any feedback would be appreciated!
PS. This is not a trolling attempt, if anyone says 0/10 or whatever, I will come to your house and stand on your furniture
