okay, last week and part of this week i have beeen feeling horrible.
i got my blood drawn, but have hydrated good from that and that was last week too. Awhile ago i ran a 19:12 5k, as a tempo run and now it hurts bad to even run a 3 mile tempo, even at like 6:50 pace? what could be wrong with me?
also, with this workout, what would you say i could run a 5k in RIGHT NOW?

*also it was 81 and humid
