I am watching the last 100m of the 1500m Final.
At around 75m to the finish, she has a burst of speed, but then reamins content to be fourth...it almost seem like she could have won, but didn't "believe".
Anyone notice this?

she said she didn't have any more left.
she was not satisfied with 4th, did you watch her interview?
or did you decide to be a projecting jack ass before digging a little deeper for information?
Look at the video and the burst of speed that I am talking about
yeah, she didn't elicit that last bit of kick-fury you usually see from a runner reaching for the golden ring.
might have been exhausted from the whole deal, but hey, the other women at the front didn't wilt--no excuses.
I agree. She didn't want it bad enough. Those Africans and eurochicks do the ugly face and all kinds of contortions to get to the line.

I noticed it too, didn't seem like she had any "fire" at the end, but I think you put it well. Who am I too judge it anyways, it was Rowbury's race and not mine.
Looks can be deceiving. Shannon has the ability to always looked composed, and never looks "all out" even when running as hard as she can.
What a load of rubbish

Exactly.
It is the same person posting over and over again to act like there is support for his bs.
She is well coached to hold her form.
So some rasty prick on LR starts a thread to criticizing her.
No matter how hard she runs Shannon Rowbury can't do an ugky face. She gave her all and was 4th in the world.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
