What's with the obsession that he's ugly--who gives a shit what he looks like. He's one of the few people you're betting looking than?

With all due respect to you guys, I fail to see why that is entertaining at all. The music was OK, nothing earth-shattering. The graphics didn't do anything for me. It just looked like a bunch of mushroom and frog shaped things floating around and folding into and out of each other.
If this is what you experience while on drugs it is little wonder I have never had any interest in trying them. I watched that stupid video for about 20 minutes and the most interesting thing I saw was a fake guy walking through a fake forest. If this was mind-blowing or really creative I could just go and walkk through a reall forest and spin around for 60 seconds and then stand on my head until I passed out.
Frankly this looks like a high schooler with too much time to me. If this represents a high-level of achievement with this media (flash cartoon) then any effort on it is a waste of time.
Wineturtle: what is with the clusterbuster nerve diagram? Why is that relevant?
Also, if Gomez looks anything like the guy on the couch, he is one ugly-pointy-headed MF'er.
Also, he spelled "psycho" wrong.
OK, I just looked at his site and he is kind of ugly and he is a terrible speller. But he is forgiven because he is not an English-speaker and he is only 26 and seems to not be that sharp in general.
When I studied Spanish, I couldn't speak it that great, but I never mispelled words like "business" or "presentations" or "important".
OK now calm down...back away from the keyboard and shut the computer off, slowly.
It takes a lot of work to do this in flash. The imagery was interesting.
This is the kind of thing Gabe Jenning would use for training inspiration.
I can't believe I just wasted four hours of my life watching that cartoon. Once it started, I had to watch it to the end, even though I was bored out of my mind. Four hours. Gone.
the band is shpongle, and the song is called "divine moments of truth"

I agree. I'm not impressed.
This was pitiful. The dialogue seemed as if it were created by a six-year-old.
The actual hallucination imagery is cool. I just wish the scenes with the therapist and the patient were better animated. Still, you send this to newgrounds and it will get least a 3.5 rating. This artist has a interesting visual imagination, though drugs could have played a role in his vision.Have you seen Ken Russels Altered States (1980)? There is some similar type visions in that film, though they tend to be of a more religious nature.

Enjoy the pleasures of nettles.
TERRIBLE... HEADACHE
Part of the music during the jungle scene is known as Tuvan throat singing. Check out this site, its pretty interesting stuff. It's really funny that I watched this flash video today because I learned about the Tuvan throat singing culture last week in a World Musics class and easily identified it.
