A Track Star, Doping Allegations, & The NCAA's Anti-Doping Policy Exposed
Since he stopped racing in the middle of the 2025 cross country season for Iowa State, Seth Clevenger has taken DIII by storm. The situation raises questions about a potential hole in the NCAA’s anti-doping policy. We investigate how a star could allegedly admit to banned drug use and remain eligible to compete.

As a result, Ethiopia has only entered one U20 man and three U20 women at 2026 World XC so they will not be able to win team medals in those races. Ethiopia has medaled 100% of the time in those events in the past. The good news is Ethiopian stars were not impacted by this and will be in the pro races as will defending U20 women's champ Marta Alemayo.
