The 2020 Wanda Diamond League season is in the books and Faith Kipyegon, Hellen Obiri and Stewart McSweyn picked up big mid-d/distance wins in Doha. Plus Jessica Hull got crushed but was happy.

The very strange 2020 track season is almost over as the 2020 DL season concludes Friday in Doha with some interesting distance races. For example, Doha will feature the three best men's steeplers from 2019, but they are all in the 1500. 1500 stars Faith Kipegon and Timothy Cheruiyot will both run the 800. The women's 3,000 is totally loaded with five 2019 World medalists, led by Hellen Obiri.

The much-hyped duel between the teenagers didn't disappoint, while Stewart McSweyn ran 7:28 to take down Craig Mottram's Australian record.

World, it's time to introduce you to Daniel Rowden as Britain may have a new 800 star on its hands; Rowden's 1:44.09 was the fastest by a Brit since Andrew Osagie in the 2012 Olympic final.

On Tuesday, American Bryce Hoppel will look to earn the first European victory of his career when he takes on a super deep 800 field (8 men under 1:45 this year) in his second outdoor race of the season, while Stewart McSweyn, Matthew Ramsden, & Ryan Gregson square off in a de facto Aussie 1500 champs.
