The men who earned the respect of sports fans nationwide has no regrets. Barraza: "I have zero regrets. I don’t think that there’s any way that I could have run this race any differently. I gave it everything that I had and honestly, when you come down to this championship-style races or championship meets, all you can ask for is a shot, and I took my shot. And I will never be regretful of that."

Men's 5000: Yomif Kejelcha and Yasin Haji Go 1-2 as Ethiopia Completes Gold/Silver Sweep of 5ks

Kejelcha put on a show at the end of this one, running his last 1600 in 4:07 and breaking the race wide open before winning in 13:25. So good, he reminded us of Kenny B in 2008. Americans Colby Gilbert and Brian Barraza were 9th and 13th, respectively.
