NEW YORK — Mary Keitany, coming off her stunning 2:17:01 marathon in London in April, is gunning for a four-peat in New York at the 2017 TCS New York City Marathon and she is a heavy, heavy favorite according to the voters in the Running Warehouse Prediction Contest.

As of 6pm on Saturday, an amazing 95.2% of the voters in the prediction contest are picking Keitany to win. Only 3.1% of voters are picking Edna Kiplagat, winner in Boston this year and runner-up at the World Champs, to come out on top.

The media winning time, 2:21:23, was over a minute faster than the current course record.
