Day 2 Highlights: *Miami Women, Syracuse Men Win 2016 ACC Championships Distance victories went to Molly Seidel and Justyn Knight in the 3K, Iona Lake and Henry Wynne in the mile, Hanna Green and Robert Heppenstall in the 800.

Day 1 Distance Highlights: Molly Seidel dominated the women’s 5,000 in 15:19.64 (#5 on the all-time NCAA list). Justyn Knight won the men’s 5K in a close battle with VA Tech’s Thomas Curtin, beating him 14:01.70 to 14:01.78. DMR victories went to Virginia men (9:36) and Clemson women (11:08).
