why is this not killing off thousands of homeless? I think they got cockroach blood. they can live through anything.

Charlie Daniel's? I hear every death is attributed to Covid
The irony is that the *truly* homeless--i.e. those not in shelters, but living outdoors--will tend to make out okay, because infection outdoors is rare (it happens, but quite infrequently). But large *shelters* for the homeless are like petri dishes for the virus.

Months in, and I haven't even heard of anyone remotely well-known to have died from it. WHO did I miss? Maybe Epstein was an early victim...he was into all that sketchy shite.
This is one of the dumbest threads. True Biden supporters seem really stupid as reflected in this post.
Celebrity deaths are your basis for determining if this virus is serious or not?
fixed it for ya

"Celebrity" is such a stupid categorization anyway. Where are all the dead politicians? Or all the dead professional sports stars? Or where are all the dead people whose names begin with a "P", were born on July 6th, have blonde hair, and are left handed?
You can pick any arbitrary categorization of people with sufficiently small number and feign surprise at the lack of deaths in said category.
And when you do find someone who died in that category, it will turn out that they had a "co-morbidity" or were 2 lbs overweight, so it doesn't count.
Doesn't matter. Celebrities will get the best of the best health care like Majic Johnson when he screwed around and contracted HIV. Stop with stupid threads like this.

Here's the scoop:
As widespread as the virus is becoming in the US, to date it has still hit a very small fraction (0.9%) of the US population.
A small fraction (4.5%) of that number end up dying (0.04%), and that is getting smaller as we are getting better at treating the symptoms.
Of those who are dying, they are disproportionally represented by the old, and by the poor.
While some celebrities do get old, celebrities usually are not poor.
