Has anyone had a bad experience on Hoka’s durability?
My Clifton 5 felt apart after only 200 miles. I’ve only ever been using these for easy paces and on paved roads.
I’ve put a short video up so you can see what happened to my pair:

3,068 miles on my Bondi
At least 8 pairs of Clifton averaging between 700-800 miles.
That's about 8500 miles on those pairs in the last 4 years.

You are not getting 3000 miles on a shoe. Especially in a Hoka.
That's about what i get in most Hoka's, 200 miles and then the midsole is "dead." I'm 6'4 & 185 lbs.
I was getting pretty good miles on my Clifton’s until the 5s I think. My last two pairs did this after about 200 miles, so I bought some Brooks. Hopefully they will fix it in a future version.
Yeah, I stopped buying Hoka because they don't last. I burn through the rubber on the bottom of the Cliftons in a few weeks and once you're down to the foam it wears off like an eraser on the concrete.
Hoka is trash.
If you contact Hoka customer service they'll likely give you a refund or send you a new pair.

Of course I did. A few months ago there was a thread here where quite a few runners got that kind of mileage on various shoes. I just wore those shoes for the last time about 3 weeks ago and have officially retired them. I'm 5'8" 130 and 55 yrs old so probably a little easier on shoes than others.
I have 400 miles on my Arahis and they are just about as good as new. I have a pair of Clifton 5s with 200 miles and you can barely tell they are used.
