It seems like american sprinters are more willing to go over for the b-circuit than the distance athletes are. Outside of Culpepper and Rankin which non-WC distance runners went over to europe? I haven't gone back in the results, but I can't remember seeing Torres and some of the other boys over there. I know these guys can't get into every race, but if they are willing to go over and race some small events, I think the exposure would create nothing but benefits. Look at how Rankin is running... If we could just get a mass of guys over there, I cant help but believe you'd have a greater number of sub-13:20s and 3:40s than we currently have. Does this even matter?
