Of all the information you post, this is the strangest. Most of us still running at the Masters level (for those decades of eligibility) think of ourselves as our primary competitor. Or maybe think of it as a race against the clock. Can I get an over-50 PR? Can I run faster in my late 50s than I did in my early 50s? Can I break barriers like a 75-minute half? Sub-18 5k? The only person comparing you to the others is YOU. Get over yourself and take advantage of your fitness to put up some nice numbers. Even at your young age, these periods of fitness and health can be fleeting. Don’t let one to waste.

Funny the only thing holding me back from racing in 4 weeks is the lack of Nike Dragonfly Spikes. Once again Nike drops the ball allowing idiots to buy multiple pairs then place them on these internet sites for a 300% mark up.
