Watts had some great legs.
what's wrong with his legs now?

Rock's 44.5 now listed as 44.49 officially is right up there with the best lead off legs.
Did you notice Rock had the slowest reaction time out of the blocks of all the lead leggers?
He was the same way in most of the 400 heats as well. Not a starter that is for sure. His 200 PR is around 20.85 which is slower than most sub 44 second 400 runners.

Rock has never ran sub 44. Why would you compare his 200 speed to sub 44'ers?
Met to write sub 45...A typo, ever made one? Guess not.
20.8? Well, that is it then. Rock better move up. With lousy speed and lethargic reaction time, he will never do better than 2nd in the world in the 400. He's 24, he better move up to the 800 soon or is career will be over and he will not have accomplished a thing.
He is only 23 so he still has year before he has to move up.

I'm pretty sure the post you're replying to was a complete joke. Making fun of the idiots who insist Wariner move up.
As was mine.....
Aren't there rumors that Michael Johnson split a sub :43 at Baylor?
