I was going to say 3:53 sounds about right but only being 5’3”? I’ll go with 5:47.

There's no way to predict. You've grown too much since your PR and you're training seriously for the first time, so history is no guide to what time you should run. Play the first lap slightly conservative, and then after that, don't let expectations hold you back.

You didn't share this lil tidbit o' information with your initial question.
You currently run multiple miles of a tempo at 5:4X min./mi. pace, your 1600 PB is 5:59, you run 40 mpw, and you're very short: and you want someone to predict your current 1600 time based off of only that information???
Are you familiar with the phrase: Garbage in, garbage out?
Why don't you just time trial a 1600 and tell us the answer?
