Hey everyone!
I'm running a half marathon in exactly a month (Feb. 16th) and am curious to know what you all think I could run. Here's a bit of background into my training and current state of fitness.
I'm coming off a XC season where I ran 28:04 for 8K.
Ran 22:50 four mile tempo 2 days ago.
Ran 63:20 for 10 mile progression a few weeks ago.
Running 60 miles a week rn, holding for 2 more weeks and then dropping the mileage.
This will really help me figure out a time to shoot for, thank you so much!
PS. What are some good workouts I should be doing over the next month?
